 Remote Access from Home

You can access the school desktop from anywhere with an Internet connection. Simply run one of the following and log on as normal.
Please note that connection to home printers is currently unsupported, you should be able to copy files via the Other section within My Computer.

You can also upload/download files to/from your school documents using FTP (this is quicker at file transfer than remote desktop is) - simply follow the link below.

Standard Remote Desktop Client
Low Resolution Remote Desktop Client (for slower connections)
ECDL Testing Server
FTP Documents Access

Note If you receive an error using the above Remote Desktop links then you can also use the following method:
  1. Click on Start, then Run (or press the Windows key and R)
  2. Enter the following: mstsc /v:ts7.keqms.net
  3. Click on OK, and the connection should start.

 Wireless Network

All of the senior school is covered by wireless networking. You can access the Internet from your laptop or other wifi-enabled device using the OPEN network.
SmartPhones unable to support a proxy may connect using the SmartPhone network but this does not support as many features.
